Booking Your Appointment
Please call our office at 718 382 3333 to schedule your Appointment or Free Consultation, since we are by appointment only. Walk-ins are welcome, but we cannot guarantee availability due to our high volume of clients. To book your appointment, we will ask for a first and last name as well as a phone number to confirm the date. Confirmations are sent out the day before your appointment both via text and call through our automated system which will allow you to choose an option from your keypad to either CONFIRM, CANCEL, or RESCHEDULE.
We understand that sometimes unexpected circumstances and situations may arise that may cause to arrive late for your appointment. In the case that you are running late, we ask you to please call our office to notify us so that we can see if we can still be able to accommodate you and if there will be an additional waiting time once you arrive. We will try our best to accommodate lateness, however, depending on your total treatment time and our high volume of clients we reserve the right to reschedule your appointment or shorten the duration of your service. Please understand that lateness causes other clients, who have arrived on time, must now wait and therefore as a courtesy will have to take those clients as a priority.
Cancellation & NO-SHOW
We try very hard to accommodate all clients into our busy schedule. We understand that unexpected circumstances and emergencies may arise. Therefore, we kindly ask you to call our office or accurately respond to our automated system when wanting to cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hr before your appointment. Please understand that the time you schedule with us is explicitly reserved for you and appointments that result in a consistent NO-SHOW with no call will result in very limited appointments in the future.
We accept all major credits as well as cash at our office. We do not offer any financing options and do not take any personal checks. Packages bought for a total of $1000 or more can be broken up into two payments with a balance left for your next scheduled appointment. Packages under $1000 must be paid in full at the time of your appointment.
By understand that you are purchasing a multi-session package of treatments from Aesthetic Allure & Laser Hair Removal (“Aesthetic Allure”), with the procedures to be provided by a qualified Aesthetic Allure esthetician, you understand that, in consideration of agreeing to prepay in full the price of any package that you purchased or may purchase, Aesthetic Allure agrees and can provide you with the discounted package rate, as compared to individually-priced prevailing per treatment rates. You further understand that this prepaid sum for package treatments is non-refundable for any reason, except if Aesthetic Allure is unable or unwilling to provide the laser hair removal treatments that were purchased as part of the package. In such instance, Aesthetic Allure will reimburse you the prorated package purchase price based on the number of treatments remaining outstanding.
Gratuities and Sales Tax
New York City requires us to charge a 4.5% Sales Tax on ALL transactions at our office. Please note that gratuities are not included. As our technicians and estheticians provide you with our services to our highest standards gratuities are always a pleasant way of showing your appreciation for the dedication and personalized care, although not necessary.
