Signature Facial

-All facials include a complimentary consultation to ensure the treatment is appropriate for your skin concerns. If the selected facial is not a fit, the purchase value may be applied toward another treatment of your choice.

-All facials must be purchased in advance prior to scheduling. In-office purchases are reserved for existing clients only.

-Sessions or packages never expire. Your purchase will be securely recorded in your file and available for use at any time.

-A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Missed appointments or late cancellations will incur a $50 fee.

-Refund requests will be processed within 14 business days. You may also choose to keep your purchase as credit toward a future service.

-Pre-purchased treatments may be transferred to another individual with prior approval.

-We encourage clients to create an account on our website to conveniently track and manage orders.

Once you purchase your selected treatment, you will receive an automatic email or text confirmation of your order. Please retain this confirmation for your records.

To secure your preferred time slot, we recommend reaching out 3–7 days in advance of your desired appointment date.

Please note: appointments cannot be scheduled until the treatment has been purchased in advance.

If you would like to purchase a treatment as a gift for someone online we recommend purchasing the treatment and then applying their contact information, email, and cell for them to receive the item.

We also have digital gift cards available for purchase online but they are dollar amounts that are applied to digital orders only.

You may also purchase physical gift cards in person, however, they cannot be used to purchase anything online and will be used to redeem any procedure available online, in-person.
